Project Hellensfield features an entire main floor renovation in Etobicoke, Ontario. This home got a brand new layout. The main structural wall was removed from the kitchen area to connect the dining room and kitchen space.

The powder room and front closet were reconfigured to allow for a better flow. On the opposite side of the staircase, the entire family room was also remodeled. Our team moved the corner fireplace to the centre of the room. Updated all the colours of the space with brighter tones for a fresh new cozy look. Project Hellensfield harmoniously blends traditional aesthetics with modern functionality. The renovation features a spacious, bright kitchen adorned with white cabinetry and a central island, offering ample workspace and storage. Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy living room centres around a striking stone fireplace, complemented by custom floating shelves that add both charm and practicality. Throughout the home, new flooring, while thoughtful additions like a dedicated coffee station and organized pantry space cater to the homeowners’ lifestyle.
