Our Story
A Passion for Design & Quality Home Renovations
Wynwood Renovations was built on a shared passion for thoughtful interior design, quality construction, and creating a better home renovation experience.
Led by owners Lilla Balint and Sebastian Michalski, Wynwood combines the creativity of professional interior design with the technical expertise and precision of residential construction.
We understand that choosing the right home renovation contractor is an important decision. Your home is one of your biggest investments, and renovating it requires trust, communication, and careful attention to detail.
Our approach is personal and collaborative. We take the time to understand your lifestyle, your design preferences, your renovation goals, and how your home needs to function.
From custom kitchen cabinetry and innovative storage solutions to complete main-floor redesigns and bathroom renovations, every project is thoughtfully planned to create a space that feels uniquely yours.
Our Design Philosophy
Approachable Luxury Meets Everyday Function
At Wynwood Renovations, our design philosophy is rooted in Approachable Luxury—the belief that high-end custom interiors should feel warm, personal, and perfectly suited for everyday life. We specialize in designing and building kitchens, bathrooms, and full living spaces that harmoniously balance refined finishes, thoughtful details, and practical functionality. For us, exceptional interior design begins with a deep understanding of how you live, ensuring that every room we create works just as beautifully as it looks.
Whether we are reimagining a kitchen with efficient layouts, custom pantries, and integrated cabinetry, transforming a bathroom into a spa-like retreat with walk-in showers and bespoke vanities, or opening up an entire main floor to improve traffic flow and connection, we tailor every element to your family’s unique routine. From custom millwork and hand-selected materials to unexpected architectural details, we craft timeless, welcoming interiors designed to be lived in and cherished for years to come.
