Finisher / Detail-Oriented Renovation Specialist
Do you notice the small details that others miss? Are you the type of person who straightens a crooked outlet cover, fills the tiny nail hole, touches up the paint, and adjusts the cabinet door because you simply can’t walk away from something that isn’t perfect? If so, we want to meet you.
At Wynwood Renovations, we believe the finishing stage is what clients remember most. We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Finisher who takes pride in delivering a polished, professional result and understands that the final 5% of a project often creates 95% of the client’s impression.
What You’ll Be Doing
– Completing renovation projects to a high standard of quality
– Installing and adjusting trim, baseboards, casings, and finish carpentry
– Drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and paint touch-ups
– Adjusting doors, hardware, cabinet fronts, and drawers
– Completing deficiency and punch-list items
– Conducting quality control inspections before client walkthroughs
– Identifying issues before clients see them
– Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site
-Taking pride in the final presentation of every project

Skills & Experience
– Experience in residential renovations
– Finish carpentry experience preferred
– Painting and drywall repair experience
– Understanding of construction best practices
– Ability to read plans and follow scopes of work
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
– Own basic hand tools
