Project Sewell

This project features an entire Remodel in Oakville, Ontario. When we connected with the Client, they had already started the demolition process, but got stuck with the structural components of the remodel. 

They were happy to find a company that can bring their new layout needs to life and a well deserved upgrade to the entire main floor, including new exterior windows and doors. Once the supporting wall was removed from the centre of the house, a brand new layout was possible for our client. The client’s primary rule was to age in their home and enjoy their retirement. This meant creating a layout that would serve all these needs. We consciously chose tip out doors and drawers for convenience. The client did not want any upper cabinets in order to achieve a sleek look around their hood vent. Storage was key with a double island and storage on the outside of the island. A flexible table was also important as we designed a custom table that would match the client. This table is not fixed and can be moved, depending on the use needed by the client. More convenient features include a touchless faucet, an appliance garage with a drawer inside to store small appliances, a double pantry with rollouts and many more convenient accessories.
