Project New Street

This full condo transformation was thoughtfully designed to update this 2 bedroom unit. The space needed some cosmetic updates and the client wanted to revamp each corner of the space. The front foyer wall was removed to provide a more open feel. The team collaborated with decorate Laura Tonelli to provide a functional cozy space. The kitchen received a new Ushape layout creating more prep space and a better flow to space. Even though the kitchen has small footprint it has lots of storage with a pantry and appliance garage. The kitchen features grey slat door cabinet combined with custom wood floating shelves that match the vinyl floor that run all throughout the condo unit.

The dining room that sits just outside of the kitchen features floating shelves and cabinets that hide the electrical panel. The same space also features the main living area with a panelled accent wall bringing warmth into the space. The old radiators were all covered with updated millwork.

The bathroom also received a beautiful makeover. The tub was removed and a custom shower with a bench was replaced it. It features a custom walnut vanity and warm calacatta porcelain tiles. Finally all the doors, trim and hardware were all updates in the space.

This project exemplifies a dedication to creating spaces that are both beautiful and livable, transforming the condo into a modern sanctuary. Our client loves her space and started entertaining friends and family more often.
